Spaceman
Sean “Spaceman” Rogers is a commentator, analyst and host who’s been working in the industry for over 10 years. He grew up playing games on his father’s NES before discovering the competitive world of esports through MLG on titles such as Call of Duty and Halo. After saving up for an Xbox 360 and diving into Call of Duty more professionally, he began pursuing commentary as a career during his freshman year of highschool.
Travelling to local events to cast tournaments and sending around commentary tapes was where he learned to build his skills, eventually working his way up to becoming a talent for MLG. His first big break came when working for the Call of Duty World League and Gears of War Pro Circuit in 2018. From there he continued his experience with the likes of Halo, Fortnite, Rocket League, and even MLB The Show.
Rogers has committed over half of his life to the nuances of commentary and telling the stories of esports competition. From working with the likes of the Call of Duty World League, the Gears of War Pro Circuit, and Halo, to now being a talent for the Call of Duty League and the Rocket League Championship Series, Rogers has always focused on the art of commentary and lets his passion speak for him. When he’s not on camera he can be found creating YouTube short-films as a Star Wars/Marvel enthusiast; his content was nominated for a film festival award in 2023 for its impact on the medium. He is now the recipient of the Dilectio Sapientiae Award from the Miami SciFi film festival.
